8 Months old

It is hard to believe that Peyton is 8 months old. Here are some of the things he enjoys:

1. Crawling all over the house.
2.He will grunt if you try to eat in front of him without feeding him.
3. Pulling himself up on anything he can get his hands on.
4. Smiles whenever he sees his dad.
5. Likes eating crackers or toast.

It has been along time since I have been able to update you with what is going on in our lives. We moved to Selby the weekend of July 25th with the help of our families. Here are some pics of us moving.
The 26ft. uhaul we filled full and then we filled Joni's Jeep full, which meant Peyton got to ride with Grandma S. to Selby.

Grandma S. and Peyton watching us move everything out of our house in Wall into the moving truck. He stayed entertained in this box for some time.

Grandma T. and Peyton in Selby playing while we are unloading the uhaul.

Jason and Peyton hanging out after we unloaded the vechicles. Thank you goes out to the Prins, Grandpa and Grandma T. and Grandma S. for all helping us, it meant a lot to us.

While we were in Wall we decided to do one last tourist attraction, our selection was Reptile Garden, it was a fun time. Peyton didn't seem too excited about seeing the different animals but I think in a few more months he will become curious about them.
Peyton looking at the prairie dogs.

The whole family with this giant tortoise. They are very gentle I was surprised how you could just go right up to them and they didn't care they just kept eating the grass.

We are putting the house together. We have most of our boxes unpacked except Jason's hunting room and my craft room. We have done some projects in the house putting a shower in the bathroom upstairs and painting parts of the downstairs. Grandma S. and Aunt Stacey came up
Aug 19th to help us paint the downstairs . The before....

and the after. I think that the kids I am going to watch will have a blast in this room. Thank you Grandma S. for watching Peyton and thank you Stacey for helping me paint. I don't know if I would have gotten this done on time.

Most days Peyton and I go to the park in the morning. It is a huge park but there is only a few things Peyton can play on but he will be able to play on most of the structures next spring. Here he is on the swing.
