We spent July 4th and 5th in Selby. We stopped at the house to get some measurements and take some pictures.
This is Peyton crawling all over the living room. We were surprised with how well he is crawling.
Here is Jason and Peyton in the soon to be Daycare room.

After looking at the house. Jason had a wonderful idea to watch the fireworks in Mobridge. So here is Peyton and I in the back of the Jeep watching fireworks.

On Sunday we decided to head back to Mobridge to eat at Pizza Ranch and then we walked on a trail near Lake Oahe.

On our way back to Wall we stopped in Pierre to feed Peyton at a park. Peyton thought this was a really big tree.

Happy Father's Day!

We all hope you had a enoyable father's day. I was trying to show you Peyton's shirt which says,"My Dad Rocks!" but Peyton wasn't cooperating. We spent our day relaxing , doing a little packing, and laundry. We still have a long way to go til we are ready to move.

This last week we had our nieces come and spend the week with us. They got to hike at Bear Butte and the Badlands, swimming, visited the Minuteman Missile Silo National Park, and went to a branding at a local ranch. Thanks for all your help girls we had a wonderful time with you!

Here a picture of Peyton playing with his blocks!

The first video is of Peyton trying to crawl. He is so close to fiquring it out. I think he will be crawling around the house in a few weeks.

The second video is of Peyton rolling around on the floor.

Peyton hanging out in his exersaucer. He likes to play in this for about 30 minutes before it is time to move onto a different adventures.

The family at the Oahe Dam Visitor Center. After our dam tour, we took some dam pictures, before heading over the dam road onto Selby. We would suggest this dam experience to anyone.

Peyton's first picnic. We actually had the picnic on the west side of the Missouri on the Cheyenne Indian Reservation. We were driving from Wall to Selby to check-out some houses to buy.

Peyton and his carrots

We have had fun feeding Peyton this week. He has grab the spoon out of our hands and putstraight into his mouth but as you can see he get it everywhere.

This last Thursday was a first for me and Jason it was our first weekend without Peyton. I drove to Mitchell to meet my dad and give him Peyton. Then we got together again on Sunday to celebrate Mother's Day.

Here is Grpa and Peyton at the restaurant.

Grma and Peyton showing the penuts shells. He thought the bucket was a toy and wouldn't stop playing with it
After our meal with went to Menards to pick out me Mother's day gift of herb and flowers. I found a few herb that I like and began trying to find Jason and Peyton. Jason put Peyton in a swing in the children's area

Then it was back home to Wall.

Thanks Grpa and Grma for taking care of Peyton this last weekend we were able to get a lot of housework and internship stuff done.

Today was the first time I hung laundry out. Jason decided to put Peyton in my dry clothes basket.
He did very well waiting for me to finish.

Now that Peyton can roll over he likes roll over when we are changing him.

Aunt Stacy X-stitched this cute wall hanging for Peyton.

This is one of Peyton favorite toys.

When we place Peyton on his back to go to sleep he always rolls over and fall asleep sucking his thumb.

We also bought a kennel for Boyden. This way he can stay outside more.
