Nolan is now eating baby food. We started him out on carrots. He did pretty well except he grasps on to the spoon whenever it gets close to his mouth. That make it a little challenging trying to feed him. I figure out that if you hold one of his hands while feeding him it is a lot easier.

My parents came last weekend to celebrate my birthday with me. They traveled Friday and willing watched the kids so Jason and I could go shopping in Aberdeen.

While we were gone Grandma and Peyton made me a birthday cake. 

 The next day Grandma and Peyton frosted the cake.

Monday of this last week Jason had no school due a snow storm that had come through the area. It was already should to be a make day for them. Jason and Peyton venntured out to shovel the driveway and sidewalk while Nolan and I stay nice and warm inside. They only asked for one thing which was to have hot chocolate waiting for them when we were done.
