Raspberry season


 We have been busy picking blueberries and raspberries these last few days. We came across a big raspberry patch that you could sit and pick. Peyton asked me, "Are you on the Eating Team?" I replied," No, I am on the Saving Team." His reply, "It is more fun to be on the Eating Team." 

 
 
Jason at one point laid down and picked berries. Then Peyton came over to Jason and said, "Here is a perfect one, Dad." This went on for several minutes. What a way to pick berries laying down and getting fed.  



Nolan would fill his little container and then sit down and eat them.

    Those Roslansky guys are "the berries"......canning right in the patch. Good thing their Mama picks for the whole family! What a wonderful family adventure!

    We are picking berries, too ... but apparently not in the quantity as you are! And there's no laying down or being fed going on here, either. My kids need to take lessons from your boys! And I like Peyton's thinking -- it IS more fun to be on the eating team!!

    We picked raspberries in MN today w/o sitting or lying down. The 'MN littles' were also on the eating team!
