My Conversation with Nolan

Yesterday Nolan came up to me and said I don't what to be a Daddy. I want to be a mommy. I told him that a boy is a daddy and a girl is a mommy. His replied," I want to be a mommy." I tried again explaining to him that he will be a daddy not a mommy when he gets older. His reply to this was I don't want to be a Daddy because they work and work and work. I want to mommy because all they do is vacuum and read books.

  1. Nolan, what a fun observation of our mommy and daddy. Guess Mommy makes all her real work look fun! Glad to hear he's giving you credit for reading... a real gift to your boys!

    1. I am working on a shutterfly book for each boy in their toddler years. I am still working on Peyton and Nolan's book. It is nice to have the blog to remember some of those events.
It was a fun evening we had with the Ann and Jim.
